Auto Count™ 200
The Auto Count 200 bar code scanning system. The accessory for counting scales that virtually eliminates sampling and uses inexpensive printers to generate bar code labels. The Auto Count 200 uses bar code technology to print labels containing information pertinent to parts counting such as the average piece weight (APW). Once a label is created these parts may be counted quickly and accurately simply by scanning the APW bar code and pouring the parts on the scale. Designed to work in tandem with any certified counting scale, the Auto Count 200 is housed in a rugged, attractive steel enclosure and is available with a contact scanning wand or non-contact CCD scanner. In applications where parts are hand counted more than once the Auto Count 200 will reduce labor costs by speeding up the counting process.
